Camembert de Normandie is one of the Protected Designation of Origin products.
From raw milk, it is molded with a ladle manually so as not to break the curd, which promotes slow draining for better taste development. Concentrated in flavors, it is slightly salty, combined with the sweetness and good taste of milk in an 11cm diameter cylinder adorned with a beautiful white flower rind.
Texture: Supple without softness
Taste: Fruity, slightly spicy and becomes strong as it matures.
