Mont D'Or

Le Mont D’Or is an unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese.

It is produced in the winter months only and is shaped by circling it with spruce bark. Often eaten hot fondue-style it has a lot of character when ripe as it becomes runny and full of flavour.
