Our jams are cooked in Provence, they are traditional jams, made with a know-how inherited from old-fashioned and artisanal recipes of jams with cooking in a cauldron. Thanks to this manufacturing process, our jams are full of flavors. Organic Comtes de Provence jams are made from 65% organic fruit and organic cane sugar. The whole fruits are cooked in a cauldron as the craftsmen did. The fruits chosen are ripe and juicy to reveal all their flavors when cooked. Only a fruit full of water, sun and vitamins can give jam powerful aromas. The quality of the sugar chosen is also essential for the taste qualities of the jam, which is why we only use sugar from sugar cane for our jams. The choice of cauldron cooking has a significant impact on the quality of our jams. This traditional method used by craftsmen and our grandmothers allows a good distribution of heat with even cooking. With this method of cooking in a cauldron, the jam is very rich in tastes and flavors.
